Your tasks:

• Acting as certifying staff in our 145 Base Maintenance organization
• Performance of routine and non-routine tasks and accurate documentation of the work carried out
• Performance of modification and SB’s
• Performance of related operational and functional tasks incl. engine run
• Advanced trouble shooting experience
• Willing to work on other aircraft types

Your profile:

• Valid EASA Part 66 Cat B1 with at least 3 years practical experience
• Type rated on following aircraft types; Challenger 300/350 / Challenger 604/605/650 / Global XRS/5000/5500/6000
• Experience as Certifying Staff on Corporate and VIP aircraft
• You are used to work independently, reliably and accurately at all times
• Good team player skills, self-driven and pro-active attitude and the ability to work with fixed deadlines
• High level of flexibility in working times and multicultural teams
• Fluent in English (German or French is of advantage) - Swiss or EU citizen
• Domiciled in the Area of EuroAirport Basel

For our Part-145 aircraft maintenance department Nomad Technics AG at Basel EuroAirport, we are looking for further qualified, flexible and dynamic Aircraft Support Mechanics.

Your tasks:

• Assists licensed aircraft mechanics and engineers during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Prepares aircraft, tools, equipment, and work areas prior to maintenance activities
• Performs basic mechanical tasks under supervision in accordance with approved procedures
• Supports component removal and installation, cleaning, lubrication, and general servicing
• Ensures proper handling, storage, and identification of aircraft parts and tools
• Assists with ground handling operations, including towing, jacking, and aircraft positioning
• Supports AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and line maintenance activities when required
• Complies with company procedures, safety policies, and aviation regulations (EASA / FAA)
• Maintains housekeeping standards in hangars and work areas
• Accurately completes task cards, work orders, and technical documentation as assigned
• Reports any technical findings, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors

Your profile:

• Technical education or vocational training in aircraft maintenance or mechanics
• Previous experience in an aviation maintenance environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practices
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and work instructions in English
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duties if required
• Valid driving license (airside permit is an advantage)
• Ability to identify and quickly resolve technical issues and malfunctions
• Thorough understanding and strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Good team player skills, self-driven and pro-active attitude and the ability to work with fixed deadlines
• Basic computer skills (maintenance tracking systems are a plus)
• Motivation to progress toward licensed aircraft mechanic/engineer certification

• Performance of routine and non-routine tasks on aircraft instruments (electric, radio and avionics related reparation, installation- and maintenances activities) including an accurate documentation of the work carried out
• Perform Modification / SB's and Avionics up-grades
• Experience with IFE-Systems
• Advanced trouble shooting experience

Your profile:

• Valid EASA Part 66 Cat B2 license and at least 3 years practical experience
• Type rated Airbus 320 series and B737NG - Experience as Certifying Staff on Corporate and VIP aircraft

• Build a new business model to offer aircraft sales and manage a robust sales pipeline by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth communication and collaboration within the team to create tailormade solutions that meets and delight client’s needs and expectations
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences and client meetings

Your Qualifications:

• Business aviation professional with proven track of experience in aircraft sales- and management
• Strong existing network within the private aviation sector, UHNWIs and family offices
• Managing pre-owned aircraft sales, building client relationships and driving revenue growth with little need for oversight
• A clear, confident, yet modest communicator with high emotional intelligence who can advise and persuade in their decision-making
• An energetic and hard-working, highly motivated, and proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and success-oriented approach
• High level of integrity, discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Willingness to travel and be on call as well after hours
