This beautiful VVIP A319 came to us on very short notice with an inoperative satcom system last Monday. After extensive trouble shooting and a lot of coordination and logistics, the root cause was identified, affected units replaced and the customer departed in time for a charter mission with the aircraft’s connectivity re-established.
