November 29, 2010

The long-range airplane registered HB-JED has been included into Nomad Aviation’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for worldwide operation and is ready to start flying for the upcoming winter season.

The Legacy 600 is a valuable addition to Nomad’s existing fleet of Challengers 604. It compliments the existing Executive Charter Fleet, offering 13 VIP seats in day configuration, 3 single beds, 2 double beds and 1 king-size bed in night configuration,
an extensive cargo compartment ensuring sufficient space for plenty of luggage, and long-range capability exceeding 3’000nm. Like the Challenger 604, the Embraer Legacy provides the high-standard, luxurious stand-up cabin.

“The Embraer Legacy 600 provides Nomad Aviation customers more availability, choice, flexibility and possibilities”, state Rainer Schnurr and Claude Neumeyer, principals of Nomad Aviation. The aircraft is based in Berne, Switzerland, strategically located to serve customers in Western Europe as well as in Eastern Europe.

Switzerland-based Nomad Aviation AG offers presently three Bombardier Challenger 604 and one Embraer Legacy 600 aircraft for worldwide-operation as well as one Cessna CJ1+ for European Executive- and VIP charter. The addition of 2 Gulfstream 200 aircrafts to suit  medium jet VIP Charter demands is foreseen for December 2010.
