Nomad Aviation AG in Berne, Switzerland has completed the US Visa Waiver Program (WVP) process and becomes a Visa Waiver Program (WVP) Signatory Airline.
Following the acceptance process, the respective agreements between the United States of America’s Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Nomad Aviation AG, were signed on 18th of May 2011. As a WVP Signatory Airline, Nomad Aviation AG is entitled to fly citizens from WVP participating countries to the United States without that they are required to hold U.S. Visas (subject to VWP conditions).
