December 01, 2011

Nomad Aviation AG in Berne, Switzerland proudly informs that it has added one Bombardier Global 5000 to its VIP and Executive Charter Fleet. The ultra-long-range airplane registered HB-JFB, has been included into Nomad Aviation’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for worldwide operation and began commercial VIP and Executive charter services on November 19, 2011 with its initial flight from Switzerland to Siberia in Russia.

The addition of this new generation ultra-long-range aircraft is an important, fleet-wise also conclusive step for Switzerland’s Nomad Aviation. Besides the well known fleet of distinguished aircraft, the company now offers its esteemed clients a complete selection of aircraft – light jets (Cessna CJ1+ and CJ3), super mid-size jets (Gulfstream 200, Cessna Citation X), heavy jets (Challenger 604, Embraer Legacy) and the ultra-long-range jet (Bombardier Global 5000). With the “Big Bird” set into service, Nomad Aviation strengthens its position in the Western and Eastern European VIP- and Executive Charter market. The Global 5000 aircraft offers the same high-standard cabin and exclusive, individual level of quality and service as the other Nomad’ aircraft, including: 13 VIP seats in day configuration, 3 single beds and 2 king sized beds in night configuration,  large cargo compartment ensuring sufficient space for plenty of luggage, long-range capability exceeding 4’700nm.

“The Global 5000 is an important and exciting step for all Nomads. On one hand, the additional aircraft provides our customers the ultimate long-range aircraft but with even more availability, flexibility and possibilities. Our aircraft are strategically well located to serve customers in Eastern as well as in Western Europe. Our advertising st-petersburg-nonstop-male or London-non-stop-washington underlines the step to the Global 5000”, state Rainer Schnurr and Claude Neumeyer, the principals of Nomad Aviation.

Switzerland-based Nomad Aviation AG presently offers an exclusive fleet of 12 distinguished aircraft, from light jets to ultra-long-range jets including one Bombardier Global 5000, three Bombardier Challenger 604, one Embraer Legacy 600, one Gulfstream G450 heavy-jet aircraft, two Gulfstream G200 and one Cessna Citation X super midsize-jet aircraft for worldwide-operation as well as two Cessna CJ1+ and one Cessna CJ3 for European Executive- and VIP charter.
